GenBijak successfully conducted a Team Building Programme with Delima Perdana Sdn Bhd on 2–3 January 2026, held at the scenic Bahang Bay Hotel, Penang. Set against a refreshing seaside backdrop, the programme was designed to energise participants while strengthening collaboration, communication, and team spirit.

The relaxing yet engaging environment allowed participants to step away from daily routines, connect with colleagues, and fully immerse themselves in the activities.

1. Engaging Activities to Build Team Connection

The session began with interactive group activities aimed at helping participants ease into the programme. These early activities created a positive atmosphere, encouraged interaction, and helped team members feel comfortable working together from the start.

One of the key highlights of the programme was the Amazing Race. During this activity, teams collaborated to solve puzzles, locate checkpoints, and complete photo challenges by striking specific poses. The Amazing Race required strong teamwork, strategic planning, and coordination, while maintaining a fun and energetic pace that kept participants fully engaged.

Another impactful activity was Blind Ball Grab, where blindfolded team members relied entirely on verbal instructions from their teammates to complete the task. Participants also took part in Higher and Higher, a challenge that required teams to build the tallest possible structure using only cards. This activity tested creativity, patience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate under constraints. Teams learned how collective thinking and calm decision-making contribute to better outcomes.
