Yes, client need to pay upfront for all items except the Training fees to Training Provider.
Client need to choose which hotel / resort withing 7 day of the quotation.

No, client can only claim the team building activities by Training Provider only.
No, only activities by Training Provider GENBIJAK only (group activities). Extreme activities is none claimable.
Yes, we can consult you with your claim process (only for GENBIJAK client)
For approval it’s only takes 24 hours approval after the request in etris system.
Claim process will takes 5-7 working days after the program end (if there’s no inquiry from HRD officer)
Yes, client can choose the training venue (as long as it’s following the HRD requirement) but client need to deal with the hotel / resort
If client choose a theme park, most likely it won’t be approved.
GENBIJAK provide a gamification (activity base) program for large group and small group with indoor and outdoor setup. The activity is custom as per client group size and objective.
GENBIJAK is the #TeamBuildingExpert that have been doing program since 2015, we provide Trainers, competent fasilitator and crews together with the transportation and hotels arrangements all within the HRD allocation for service fees. We also provide extra special gift within the package.
