An approved programme may include training fees up to RM10,500 per group, chartered participant transportation, and daily allowance of RM250 per pax for travel under 100 km or RM500 per pax for travel over 100 km. Every component is quoted separately and remains subject to current HRD Corp rules.

What Affects Your Claim & Quotation?

1. Eligible Participants
Only eligible contributing participants may be included, divided into groups of up to 50 pax.
2. Claimable Days
Only days conducted with the HRD training provider are treated as programme claim days.
3. Travel Distance
Daily allowance is RM250 per pax under 100 km or RM500 per pax over 100 km, subject to approval.
4. Selected Components
Training, transportation, venue, meals, accommodation, activities and merchandise are charged separately.
