Non-training resort activities like ATV or personal expenses cannot be claimed under training fees.

Employers can claim up to RM10,500 per group for training fees. Each group is capped at 50 participants, facilitated by 1 certified HRD trainer delivering approved experiential modules.

Only certified Training Fees are directly deducted from your HRD levy without upfront payment. Logistics, resort accommodation, meals, and transportation are paid upfront and claimed back via Daily Allowance.

You can co-fund the programme. HRD Corp deducts the approved amount from your available balance, and your company pays the remaining balance directly via corporate invoice.
