Rates are strictly governed by HRD Corp Malaysia guidelines. Here are the latest approved brackets.

Training Service Fees

Course fee limits are approved based on group sizes: RM 6,000/day for up to 30 pax, RM 10,500/day for up to 50 pax, and RM 21,000/day for up to 100 pax.

Participant Daily Allowance

For distance less than 100km, claim up to RM 250/pax/day. For distance exceeding 100km, claim up to RM 500/pax/day to cover hotel stays and meals.

Public Transportation

Only public transportation (e.g. buses, flights) is claimable. Personal mileage is not eligible. Official invoices are strictly required.
